The house

Casa Ugdulena has traditional interiors with antique furnishings in a historic building associated with Nino Bixio and Gregorio Ugdulena. Access passes through a common hall and a garden with a pool shared with another accommodation.

The first-floor living area overlooks the garden and pool. This level has a spacious, bright living room, a queen bedroom with frescoes and decorative flooring, a separate toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. A spiral staircase from the kitchen leads to the upper level. Two further bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a single bed, face a terrace. The upper level also has a 1950s-style bathroom with a shower/tub. An additional double sofa bed is provided.

Kitchen equipment includes a moka coffee maker, oven, fridge and freezer. An iron and hairdryer are available. The shared pool is unheated and usable year-round; a swimming cap may be required. The main railway station and its airport-shuttle bus stop are 1 km away.
