What is private and what is shared?
The home and swimming pool are private. A rancho with a covered grill across the street is shared with two other homes. Request use ahead of time; availability is first come, first served.
How is the home accessed?
A remotely operated, unmanned gate provides private access. Guests can come and go 24 hours during their stay.
What sleeping spaces are provided?
Two queen suites have private bathrooms, air conditioning and ceiling fans. The first suite includes a shower and jetted tub with pool access; the second has a walk-in closet and shower. Two sleeper sofas are also described, but the listing's published maximum occupancy is four.
What can the manager arrange?
A guided walk to a nearby waterfall is offered for an additional fee. The manager can help arrange a rental car or private driver.
What is nearby?
San Buenaventura has two small convenience stores. Ojochal is about ten minutes away and Uvita about fifteen minutes away. Palmar Norte and Palmar Sur are approximately fifteen minutes to the south.
