House rules
The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. The minimum stay is 2 nights. Housekeeping handles laundry because guests do not have access to the villa's washer and dryer. Optional in-home catering, private chef services, babysitting and Pack & Play rentals are available upon request.
Getting there
The home is 200 meters from the beach and is just behind the Playa Rosada clubhouse. It is about a 3-minute drive to La Finca y el Mar restaurant and the Rancho Santana Clubhouse, about 30 minutes from the Bay of Gigante, approximately 40 miles from San Juan del Sur, about 50 minutes from the volcanoes of Lake Nicaragua, and around 2 hours from Granada.
