## About the house

Casa Torre del Cielo combines traditional Mexican architecture with Mediterranean style across 2,700 square feet. Colorful interiors inspired by Mexican artist Chucho Reyes complement climate-controlled rooms and open-air living spaces overlooking the sea and sky. Each of the five bedrooms has its own bathroom and balcony; the main suite opens onto the terrace.

Outdoor spaces include an 85-foot crescent-shaped infinity pool, a palapa-covered lounge and a backyard. Inside are a fully equipped kitchen, television, fireplace, bathtub, hairdryer, washing machine and dryer. Wi-Fi and parking are available.

A dedicated chef, butler, housekeeping team and daily laundry service are included. Staff hours are 7:00 am to 11:00 pm; additional hours can be arranged for a fee. Playa Rosa Beach Club is a ten-minute walk away. Nearby places to explore include the Careyes Polo Club, La Duna Restaurant and Pueblo Careyes.

An 85-foot crescent-shaped infinity pool. No lifeguard is on duty; swimming is at your own risk. Children under 17 must always be supervised by an adult in the pool area. Rinse before entering. Glass and food, diving, jumping and running are prohibited in the pool area. Do not add bubbles or additives. Close pool umbrellas when not in use. Damage or cleanup may incur additional fees.

The villa sits high above the gated community of Costa Careyes. Playa Rosa Beach Club is a ten-minute walk away.

Maximum standard occupancy is 10. Do not exceed the adults and children on the reservation; fees apply for violations. With special owner authorization, one extra person may be permitted for USD 300–400 per night. The primary guest must be at least 25, remain at the property throughout the stay and accept responsibility for damage caused by the group.

Pets require prior authorization and an additional fee, with a maximum of two. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside and throughout the premises. Parties and events, including hosting non-guests or exceeding designated occupancy, require explicit written approval; gatherings over 15 people require pre-approval. Music must remain at reasonable volume and stop at midnight, or at 2 am with prior approval. Rented sound equipment requires prior consent.

Firearms, fireworks, drones, sparklers, sky lanterns and candles are prohibited anywhere on the property. Do not touch the art. Report breakages, spills and stains to staff. Staff work from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm; additional hours are arranged for a fee.
