Airport driving time is 20–30 minutes depending on traffic; the airport is 7.5 miles away. The condo is on the ground floor and is suitable for seniors or individuals with limited mobility.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. Children are welcome. Infants under two do not count toward the total guest count. If infants take the party above the maximum occupancy, enter only the adults and children in the booking and notify the host about accompanying infants. A $500 security-deposit pre-authorization is held one day after arrival and voided three days after departure.
