The house

The house has a terrace with an outdoor dining table, barbecue, parasols and a garden. It is in a residential area with neighbours nearby.

The ground floor contains a living-dining room with satellite television, an equipped gas kitchen, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs are a master bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and direct access to a small furnished balcony, plus two further twin bedrooms and a second bathroom with a shower.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender and crockery. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and towels are provided. A cot and high chair can be provided for babies. A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.

Colònia de Sant Pere has a seafront promenade with bars and restaurants, a yacht club with a restaurant and a small grocery shop. Nearby beaches include Colònia de Sant Pere, Cala Torta and Caló des Ermitans; hiking and cycling are local activities.
