Before you book
House rules
The entire home must be booked; individual rooms cannot be booked. Loud music is allowed within limits and during specified hours, with guests asked to respect neighbours and keep noise mild within the villa. Smoking and alcohol are allowed. Guests cannot access the kitchen, except for the stated limited access for mothers of infants or small children. An onsite caretaker manages the villa.
Getting there
The villa is in Assagao, Goa. Roads connecting to the property are described as good; guests are advised to check road and weather conditions before a road trip.
