# Casa Tamarindos La Romana, Dominican Republic, Dominican Republic (general area) ## About the house The three-building layout accommodates up to 12 guests around a pool deck and garden. A housekeeper, chef and waiter are included throughout the stay. The villa has six full bathrooms and an additional powder room. The main building contains an air-conditioned living room, dining area, kitchen and covered outdoor dining space. Stone walls, vintage doors and water features complement seating areas and multiple TVs. Living and dining spaces open toward the pool deck and backyard. Entertainment facilities include satellite or cable TV, smart TV, a speaker system and a home theater. The commercial-style kitchen includes a 10-burner Vulcan stove, oven, commercial refrigerator and freezer, coffee station, sous-chef preparation area, walk-in dry storage and pantries. A separate laundry area has a washer and dryer. Outdoor spaces include a private pool and spa, loungers, umbrellas, shaded seating, outdoor dining, a BBQ station with seating beneath a sun sail, fire pit, hammock, outdoor showers, private yard and lanai or balcony. The primary bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, private sitting area, office, walk-in closet and an outdoor shower with two shower heads. Guest Bedrooms 2–4 each have a king bed, ensuite bathroom, private closet and outdoor shower access. Guest Bedroom 5 has a king bed, access to a full bathroom and a garden-facing setting. Guest Bedroom 6 has access to a full bathroom and a garden-facing setting. Several bathrooms feature stone details, walk-in showers, dual vanities or freestanding tubs. La Romana Country Club is approximately two minutes away on foot along a path. Minitas Beach and the Beach Club are less than five minutes away by golf cart and are also accessible on foot. The Marina is 2.2 miles away; the Golf Pro Shop, Tennis Center and Equestrian Center are each 1.2 miles away; the Shooting Center is 1.4 miles away; and Altos de Chavon is 2.6 miles away. Advance Casa de Campo registration is required for resort-facility access. Registered guests receive access to the Equestrian Center, Shooting Center, tennis courts, spa, golf courses and advance tee times, Fitness Center, pool and beach towels and chaise lounges, and Central Romana Medical Center. Booking terms are based on double occupancy per bedroom and remain subject to final owner confirmation. An 18% service fee and the Casa de Campo resort fee are additional. A security deposit equal to one night's stay is required. Resort registration is paid directly to the resort: $25 per adult per day for guests 12 and older, $12 per child per day for ages 4–12, and complimentary for children under 4.
