House rules
Check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00; check-out is by 11:00. Minimum stay is 2 nights. Children of any age are welcome; children under 4 do not need to be counted as guests. Pets must be supervised at all times and incur a €10 fee for the whole stay. No smoking inside. Outdoor speakers at low volume are allowed until 22:00; keep volume low enough for conversation without raising your voice. A 30% advance payment is required to confirm a reservation; free cancellation is available up to 14 days before check-in. Firewood is included October through June for sustainable use. After June 15, firewood is not included and can be bought on site for 35 lei per 30 litres. Damage caused by misuse is charged to the guest.
Getting there
The gravel road from Suncuius to Zece Hotare is about 8 km and is accessible to all types of cars. Parking is up to 200 m from the houses/tents.
