The apartment accommodates four guests in two double bedrooms, with two queen-size beds and two bathrooms with showers. The living area has a large sofa, television, dining table and an open-plan kitchen equipped with a moka coffee maker, kettle, fridge and freezer. An iron and hairdryer are also provided.
The living area opens onto a furnished outdoor patio with sea views and access to the swimming pool, which is shared with the villa’s other two apartments. The pool opens from 1 May to 1 November, and swimming caps may be required. Air conditioning is available.
The beach can be reached on foot. Santa Flavia train station is 3 km away, and Palermo Falcone and Borsellino Airport is 57 km away.
