A two-story, two-bedroom villa for four in Noord, Aruba. A private pool, covered outdoor dining and lounging areas, and a BBQ make the backyard the heart of the stay. Indoors, enjoy two upstairs bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a third full bathroom downstairs, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

Guests also have access to Gold Coast community pools, a fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, and a restaurant, bar and lounge.

Private unheated outdoor pool in a fully fenced backyard. Guests also have free access to three community pools.

Both bedrooms are upstairs. The home is not suitable for seniors or individuals with limited mobility. Palm Beach district is a five-minute drive away. Airport driving time is 20–30 minutes depending on traffic. Potential construction noise is expected throughout 2026 and 2027 from a condo building across the street and three neighboring homes. The condo building is expected to be completed by the end of 2026. Noise levels may vary considerably and the impact on individual stays cannot be predicted. Communicated construction hours are Monday–Saturday, 08:00–16:00, but are not guaranteed. Home access, utilities and private parking are not expected to be affected.

Pets and smoking are not allowed. Children are welcome. Infants under two do not count toward the total guest count; if infants bring the party above maximum occupancy, include adults and children in the booking count and notify the hosts about the infants. Credit cards are accepted. A $500 security-deposit pre-authorization is held one day after arrival and voided three days after departure.
