The home sleeps 12 and has five bedrooms, each with a private attached bathroom. Three bedrooms have king beds, and two have twin-over-king bunk beds. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, coffee makers, cookware, a dedicated workstation, smart TVs, a balcony, a private entrance, ceiling fans, a dryer and a carbon monoxide detector. Outdoor features include a fully fenced yard, a Blackstone grill, a fire table and outdoor seating. Games, cards, cornhole and books are provided, along with two paddleboards, a wagon, a high chair and a Pack 'n Play. Guests have access to the Desert Color resort amenities, including six community pickleball courts, the lagoon, two pools and three hot tubs. Recreation equipment, golf carts and cabanas can be rented on-site. Community activities rotate throughout the year. Concierge assistance is available for tee times, private-chef bookings and in-home massages. Games include Yahtzee, Rack-O and Apples to Apples. Resort events may include rooftop yoga, children’s crafts, food-truck nights and dive-in movies; check the rotating calendar. Use only designated, completed roads and pathways and avoid active construction areas. Garage parking is limited to two designated spaces.
