House rules

The maximum occupancy is 16. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present throughout the reservation. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, and amplified music and loud outdoor noise should be avoided. Smoking is not allowed inside or on the premises. Up to two pets are allowed. The water feature is unsupervised, with no lifeguard; children under 14 must be supervised at all times. Security cameras are located by the driveways and in the backyard. The sauna is limited to six people, is for registered guests, and guests under 17 require adult supervision. No glass, alcohol, smoking, food, or beverages other than water are allowed in the sauna.

Getting there

The property is in the South Lamar neighborhood of Austin, a few minutes from Zilker Park and surrounded by restaurants, bars, and shops. It has private parking, a garage, and two private driveways.
