The house
What staying here is like
Ocean views, a covered patio and a private pool shape the stay at Casa Sea Esta, a single-level home in Ojochal's gated Phase 10 community. The three-bedroom home sleeps seven, with air conditioning in every bedroom and no internal stairs. A king suite and queen bedroom open onto the pool patio. The third bedroom has a bunk arrangement with a double bed below and single bed above. The equipped kitchen looks toward the Pacific, while a propane grill, outdoor sink, dining area and comfortable seating make the covered patio useful in different weather. An outdoor shower and half bathroom serve the pool area; laundry facilities are available.
