Ocean views, a covered patio and a private pool shape the stay at Casa Sea Esta, a single-level home in Ojochal's gated Phase 10 community. The three-bedroom home sleeps seven, with air conditioning in every bedroom and no internal stairs.

A king suite and queen bedroom open onto the pool patio. The third bedroom has a bunk arrangement with a double bed below and single bed above. The equipped kitchen looks toward the Pacific, while a propane grill, outdoor sink, dining area and comfortable seating make the covered patio useful in different weather. An outdoor shower and half bathroom serve the pool area; laundry facilities are available.

## Property questions

## What are the arrival restrictions?
Guests meet an Osa representative and receive gate access codes on check-in day. Normal check-in must be completed by 8:30 pm. In exceptional circumstances agreed ahead of time, check-in may finish by 10 pm for a published $75 late-arrival charge.

## Do I need a 4x4?
Yes. A 4x4 vehicle is required without exception. Uber is unavailable in Ojochal and taxis are not always available; the manager can arrange private transport.

## Is the pool private?
The home and swimming pool are exclusively for guests. There are no shared spaces.

## Is the home step-free?
The source describes a single-level interior with no stairs. It does not document a complete wheelchair-accessible route from parking, so confirm specific access needs with the manager.

## Can a travel cot be arranged?
A Pack 'n Play or baby travel bed can be rented for an extra fee with at least 48 hours' advance notice.
