The house

The apartment accommodates six guests and has a large, well-equipped kitchen overlooking a furnished terrace. The living area includes a dining table, two sofas and a television. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen-size bed; the third bedroom also has a mezzanine used as a study. One bathroom has a shower enclosure and the other has a bathtub. The building has a lift.

Facilities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and a hairdryer. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine and moka pot.

Palermo offers historic districts with UNESCO heritage sites, churches and the markets of Ballarò and Capo. Construction sites, clubs and gathering places in the historic center can cause noise during the day and at night. Palermo Falcone and Borsellino Airport is less than a 40-minute drive away, and Palermo Centrale train station is a 15-minute drive away.

A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, with the amount determined by local regulations. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Late check-in and late checkout are available on request and subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40.
