House rules

Maximum occupancy is ten guests. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire reservation. Pets, smoking, vaping, parties, events and use of firearms or weaponry on-site are prohibited. Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. Stay within the fenced guest area and do not enter the private area at the back of the property. Keep the gate shut. This is a dark sky community: turn off lights when not in use. Keep windows and doors closed to help keep insects outside; bug spray is available underneath the sink.

Getting there

Guests must stay within the fenced area. The area at the back of the property is private and off-limits. Keep the gate shut at all times. Sister Creek Vineyards and Sisterdale Dance Hall are a few minutes away; Boerne’s Hill Country Mile is about fifteen miles away.
