The house

The home has one bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, and one bathroom with a shower. The living room has two sofas, a Smart TV and air conditioning. The open-plan kitchen has a gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery.

Outside are a furnished porch, terrace, barbecue and sun loungers. The private chlorine pool measures 9.5 × 5.3 metres and is 1.5–2.1 metres deep. Exterior parking accommodates two cars.

Wi-Fi, towels, a hair dryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are available. A cot and high chair are provided for babies. Recycling bins and energy-efficient LED lighting are available.

Selva lies at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana. The town centre is 0.3 km away, and Playa de Alcudia is 29.7 km away.
