The house

The 150 m² house is arranged over two floors. The ground floor has a twin bedroom; the first floor has two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, each with an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning. A cot and high chair are available on request.

The living room has two sofas, a coffee table, satellite television and air conditioning. A separate air-conditioned dining room has a large dining table. The equipped kitchen has a vitro-ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided, along with towels and a hair dryer. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Outside are a chlorinated pool measuring 6 × 4 m, with depths from 1 to 1.6 m, a sun terrace with four chairs, an entrance terrace with a table and chairs, a furnished porch, garden and barbecue. Free exterior parking accommodates six cars.

Campos and Sa Ràpita are each 6 km away, with shops, supermarkets, restaurants and other services. Ses Covetes / Es Trenc beach is 7.8 km away, and Es Trenc can be reached within a 10-minute drive. Palma is a 30-minute drive away. Pets and events are not permitted. Tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in.
