## About the house

Casa Rosetta has high ceilings characteristic of 19th-century accommodation and occupies two levels connected by stone stairs with high steps. The first-floor living area includes a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area, a single sofa bed and a single bed in an adjoining alcove, plus access to a balcony. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, a balcony and a star-vaulted ceiling. A full bathroom has a shower.

The upper-floor panoramic terrace is reached through a common area and overlooks the old town and sea. Kitchen equipment includes a moka coffee maker, fridge, freezer and toaster. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a hairdryer are available.

Piazza della Libertà is a few steps away. Brindisi and Bari airports are respectively 30 and 70 minutes away.

High stone steps connect the two levels. The house is not suitable for children under 12 or people with reduced mobility. The house is outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), but one road leading to it passes through the zone; choose the route carefully. Access to the upper-floor terrace passes through a common area.

Parties, events and smoking are not permitted. Contact the team before travelling with pets. Arrange check-in with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard check-in runs from 15:00 or 16:00, depending on the destination, until 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations; reservation details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
