House rules
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire stay. Smoking is not allowed inside the home or on the premises. Up to 2 pets are allowed for $100 per pet. Keep windows and doors closed to help keep insects outside. Do not use glass in the pool area, replace the Cowboy Pool covers after each use, and do not allow pets into the pool. There are animals raised by locals near the property.
Getting there
The home is in Central East Austin, close to downtown and the University of Texas. Popular restaurants, bars, shops, and Lady Bird Lake are described as a short drive away.
