The house

The house has a porch, barbecue area and several terraces for outdoor dining and sea views. The grounds are fenced, with neighbours nearby. Private direct access through the garden leads to the sea and Cala Petita.

Living rooms on three floors have air conditioning and Smart TVs. The main-floor living room includes a dining area; the other two open onto sea-view terraces. A separate ground-floor kitchen has a gas hob and cooking utensils. A washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are available.

Six bedrooms are distributed over several floors, all with air conditioning and heating. Three have a double bed and an en-suite bathroom: two with a shower and one with a shower and bathtub. The other three bedrooms each have two single beds; one of these has an en-suite shower bathroom. There is also a separate toilet. A cot and highchair can be provided for a baby.

Cala Petita is 0.12 km away, Cala d'Or town is 0.3 km away and the bus stop is 0.7 km away. Vall d'Or golf course is 9.2 km away. Other nearby places to explore include Cala Esmeralda, Cala Serena and Mondragó Natural Park.
