The villa combines traditional Mallorcan styling with modern decoration, including a stone wall in the dining room. Several terraces provide outdoor dining space, and the kitchen opens onto a chill-out terrace. The private chlorine pool measures 7.1 × 3.5 m and is 1–1.9 m deep, with six sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a barbecue nearby. Seasonal fruit available to pick includes lemons, oranges, plums and greengages.

Inside, there is a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob and microwave, a lounge with satellite TV, and a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. All three bedrooms are on the first floor and have air conditioning: two have a double bed each and one has two single beds. One double bedroom has an en-suite shower bathroom.
