The apartment is on the first floor, reached by stairs, and has high ceilings with exposed wooden beams. The open-plan living area contains a sofa, dining table, TV and equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and moka coffee maker. It opens onto a terrace with a table and chairs for outdoor meals.
One bedroom has a queen-size bed and closet. The second bedroom is on a mezzanine reached by a staircase from the living room and has two single beds, a dresser and an ensuite bathroom with shower. A second bathroom with shower completes the layout. A hairdryer, washing machine, Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available.
The apartment is in Porto Rotondo in the Gallura region of Sardinia, near the beaches of the Costa Smeralda. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is an 18-minute drive away.
