## About the house

The apartment is surrounded by a garden with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Outdoor spaces include a terrace and a large covered terrace with a dining table and kitchenette.

The open-plan living area opens onto the terrace and contains a sofa, television, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes a moka coffee maker, oven, refrigerator and freezer. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, television and wardrobe; the bed inventory identifies two queen-size beds. The bathroom has a shower, and a hairdryer is provided.

Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron are available. The apartment is a few kilometres from beaches on Sardinia’s north-eastern coast. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is 15 minutes away by car.

A tourist tax may be required on arrival or a few days beforehand, with the amount governed by local regulations. Booking information is available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.

Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Arrange check-in with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. The check-in window starts at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination and ends at 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. Check-out is no later than 10:00. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. A tourist tax may be required on arrival or a few days before arrival; the amount varies according to local regulations.
