The house

The traditionally styled house has six bedrooms and five bathrooms across two floors. Three bedrooms each have a double bed; one has an en-suite bathroom adapted for people with reduced mobility. The other three bedrooms each have two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. An additional bathroom has a shower. The dining room and all bedrooms have air conditioning with heat pumps.

The dining room has an integrated kitchen, a fireplace and satellite television. Kitchen equipment includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. Wi-Fi, towels, a hair dryer, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are available. A cot and high chair are available for babies; an extra cot is optional at 10€/night.

Outside are a private chlorine pool measuring 7 x 4 metres with a constant depth of 1.7 metres, sun loungers, a garden, terraces, balconies, a barbecue and a large porch. The property grounds are fenced and offer privacy. Free outdoor parking accommodates four cars.

The house is surrounded by fields and forest. Portocolom is 8 km away, Playa Arenal des Ases is 8.4 km away, and Felanitx town is 6.1 km away. A supermarket is 4.7 km away, a pharmacy 5.3 km away and Vall D'Or golf course 6.9 km away. Palma Airport is 49.9 km away. Pets and events are not permitted. Tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in.
