House rules

Maximum occupancy is 13 guests. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present throughout the reservation. Pets, smoking and parties are not allowed. Unauthorized events are not allowed. Quiet hours are 22:00–07:00. Return fishing rods, pickleball paddles and balls after use; fees may apply.

Getting there

Lake levels vary throughout the year and may be lower than shown in photographs. The Lazy River and Pool are closed for maintenance until late 2026; all pool and water attractions, food and beverage areas, and The Lodge are currently closed. Common areas at The Reserve at Lake Travis are not managed by FCM Homes. Some amenities require guests to bring their own gear and firewood.
