## About the house

Designed by Francisco Feaugas, the villa has a large living room, separate dining room and a dedicated studio suitable for quiet work. A fully equipped kitchen, kitchen basics and BBQ support indoor and outdoor meals. The outside terrace overlooks the golf course, alongside a private pool and heated jacuzzi.

Each of the four bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king bed, and Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. A separate powder room serves the shared living areas.

Amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, free parking, a washer and dryer, hot water, essentials, shampoo, a hair dryer, safe, satellite or cable television and a speaker system. Staff are included.

Minitas Beach is a five-minute golf cart drive away. Registered Casa de Campo guests receive an ID card for their stay and access to the Equestrian Center, Shooting Center, tennis courts, spa, Fitness Center and golf courses with advance tee times. Registration also provides towels and chaise lounges at the main hotel pool and Minitas Beach, plus access to Central Romana Medical Center services. Shops and restaurants are nearby; surrounding activities include golf, tennis, watersports and fishing.

Smoking and pets are not permitted. A mandatory 18% service fee and Casa de Campo resort registration fee are additional to the base accommodation charge. Resort registration is required before arrival, with guest names and passport numbers required. Registration fees are paid directly to the resort: $25 per adult per day for guests 12 and older, $12 per child per day for children ages 4 to 12, and complimentary access for children under 4. A security deposit equivalent to one night's stay is required. Accommodation pricing is based on double occupancy per bedroom and requires final owner confirmation.
