The property is in Pescina, part of the municipality of Greve in Chianti. Greve in Chianti is 13 km away, Lucolena is 2 km away and Figline Valdarno is 13 km away. Access roads are paved until the entrance gate. Stone steps lead between garden levels and to the pool; the pool can also be reached by a pathway through the lawn. The Tyrrhenian Sea is 140 km away.
