The property is in Pescina, part of the municipality of Greve in Chianti. Greve in Chianti is 13 km away, Lucolena is 2 km away and Figline Valdarno is 13 km away. Access roads are paved until the entrance gate. Stone steps lead between garden levels and to the pool; the pool can also be reached by a pathway through the lawn. The Tyrrhenian Sea is 140 km away.

The property is a private structure available for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Pets are permitted, with mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals.
