## About the house

The refurbished and expanded main house accommodates up to 16 guests in six en-suite bedrooms, with 7.5 bathrooms in total. This reservation covers the main house only; the separate two-bedroom guest house is not included. Four bedrooms have king beds, one has two bunk beds with queen lower beds and single upper beds, and the sixth has a double Murphy bed. The bunk room accommodates up to six children or adolescents. Select suites have outdoor soaking tubs.

An open-plan living and dining area has floor-to-ceiling folding doors opening onto an ocean-facing terrace. The home includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a billiards and games room, high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout. Outdoor facilities include a private infinity pool, an ocean-view hot tub and a fire pit.

A wellness center beneath the games room includes a yoga and meditation space, sauna, steam room and cold plunge facilities. A large solar energy system and full backup generator support power, air conditioning, internet and other amenities during regional power outages. Toucans, scarlet macaws and howler monkeys regularly visit the property.

The home is minutes from Uvita's beaches, waterfalls, restaurants and attractions.
