## About the house

The refurbished and expanded estate accommodates up to 20 guests across eight en-suite bedrooms: six suites in the main house and two private en-suite bedrooms in the guest house. One main-house bedroom has two bunk beds, each with a queen bed below and a single bed above, accommodating up to six children or adolescents. Select suites have outdoor soaking tubs.

The open-concept living and dining area has floor-to-ceiling folding doors opening onto an ocean-facing terrace. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen serves the home. Outdoor facilities include a private infinity pool, an ocean-view hot tub and a fire pit.

A wellness center beneath the games room includes a yoga and meditation space, sauna, steam room and cold plunge facilities. The guest house also has its own cold plunge and sauna. There is a billiards and games room, high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the home.

A large solar energy system and full backup generator power the property, supporting air conditioning, internet and amenities during regional power outages. Toucans, scarlet macaws and howler monkeys regularly visit the surrounding area. Beaches, waterfalls, restaurants and attractions of Uvita are minutes away.

One estate reservation covers both houses and the grounds. The main house can also be booked separately; estate and individual-home reservations block one another's calendars.

The estate is in the tropical hills of Uvita, minutes from beaches, waterfalls, restaurants and local attractions.

Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Cancellations made at least 45 days before arrival receive a full refund of amounts paid, less processing fees. Cancellations made less than 45 days before arrival are non-refundable. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.
