Charming and elegant apartment with garden, in the heart of the beautiful residential area of Albaro; close to the sea and convenient for reaching the city centre.
The accommodation, recently renovated, consists of a small garden; an entrance; a lounge furnished with sofa and TV; a fully equipped kitchen; two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a double sofa bed.
Finally, the layout is completed by a bathroom with shower and bidet.
The apartment is perfect for those who want to visit the city and for business trips. The neighbourhood is quiet, well served with supermarkets, pharmacies and shops for every need.
*The apartment on the upper floor compared to the accommodation is currently undergoing renovation and repainting works. For this reason, there may be noise during the day.
