## About the house

The house has two spacious terraces with sun loungers and outdoor dining space, plus a barbecue on the ground-floor terrace. Direct neighbours mean privacy is partial. Each floor has its own living space, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, allowing three families to share a holiday while retaining separate spaces.

The ground floor has an air-conditioned dining room with Smart TV, a separate equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, and two double bedrooms with air conditioning. One bedroom has an en-suite shower bathroom; another shower bathroom serves this floor. Stairs lead to the upper floors. A further living-dining room with air conditioning, a second equipped kitchen and two air-conditioned double bedrooms with en-suite shower bathrooms occupy one upper level. The remaining upper-level accommodation has a dining area open to a kitchen, direct access to the upper terrace, one bedroom with a double bed and a shower bathroom.

Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. A cot and highchair can be provided for a baby. Caimari has hiking trails into the surrounding mountains and is known for olive oil production and its annual olive oil festival.
