Casa Nautilus accommodates up to three guests on a mezzanine level in a building without an elevator. The living area has a single sofa bed and a dining table, alongside an open kitchen fully equipped for cooking. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the bathroom has a bidet and a shower stall. A staircase from the living area leads to the furnished terrace.

Facilities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and television. The kitchen includes a moka coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer; a hairdryer is also provided. Reserved parking is available but is not suitable for vans or large vehicles.

The apartment is close to the Lavazza museum in Turin, the capital of Piedmont. Turin Caselle Airport is about a 20-minute drive away, and Turin Porta Nuova Station is about a 15-minute drive away.
