Gold Coast is three minutes down the road. Aruba's white-sand beaches, Tierra del Sol golf course and the Palm Beach district are minutes away. Driving time from the airport is approximately 20 minutes. Renovation of the neighboring home's yard and an extension may cause variable noise from June through mid-October 2026. Work may begin at 07:00 and finish at 19:00; Sunday work cannot be ruled out. Access, utilities and private parking are not expected to be affected.

Pets and smoking are not allowed. Children are welcome. Infants under two do not count toward the total guest count; if infants take the party above the maximum occupancy, enter only adults and children in the booking and message the host about the infants. Credit cards are accepted. A $500 security-deposit pre-authorization is held one day after arrival and voided three days after departure.
