## About the house

The apartment has interconnected living spaces with large windows, a sofa, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. The terrace has sea views, sofas, a coffee table and a dining table.

Three bedrooms each have a queen-size double bed and a wardrobe. The fourth bedroom has two bunk beds and a chest of drawers. There are three bathrooms with showers. Equipment includes Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron, a television and a hairdryer. The kitchen includes a coffee machine, oven, dishwasher and fridge.

The shared pool operates seasonally from 15 June to 15 September and closes on Mondays. Pellicano beach is less than five minutes away by car, and Olbia Costa Smeralda airport is a 15-minute drive away.

Open from 15 June to 15 September, closed Mondays. Until 31 August, opening hours are 10:00–13:00 and 15:00–19:00. From 1 to 15 September, the pool opens only in the afternoon, 15:00–18:00. A swimming cap may be required.

The apartment is in a village north of Olbia. Pellicano beach is less than five minutes away by car. Olbia Costa Smeralda airport is a 15-minute drive away.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for more information if travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard arrivals end at 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be required upon arrival or a few days beforehand, with the amount depending on local regulations; booking information is available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
