House rules
The villa is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Children are welcome. Resort registration is mandatory before arrival and requires guest names and passport numbers. Fees are paid directly to the resort: $25 per adult per day and $12 per child ages 4–12 per day; children under 4 receive complimentary access. An 18% service fee and the Casa de Campo resort fee are additional. The security deposit equals one night's stay.
Getting there
The villa has a private white-sand beach on Minitas Bay. Minitas Beach is approximately 0.6 miles away and The Marina is 1.5 miles away. The Golf Pro Shop and Equestrian Center are each about 2.2 miles away; Altos de Chavon is 3.2 miles away, the Tennis Center is 3.3 miles away and the Shooting Center is approximately 5 miles away. An elevator connects the primary suite with the main levels.
