Maximum eight overnight guests. The primary renter must be at least 18. No events or parties. No smoking anywhere on the property. Up to two cats or dogs are welcome, each under 20 lbs. Children of all ages are welcome. Check-in is after 3:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM.
