Wrap-around glass walls connect the open-plan interior with a fully enclosed backyard, gardens and outdoor dining space. The fully equipped kitchen includes Bosch and Bertazzoni appliances, Italian glass tile, a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, ice maker and cooking utensils. A washer and dryer, linens, towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided. A crib, high chair and stroller are available.

The rental is on the first floor. Moorten Botanical Gardens is a five-minute walk away. Downtown Palm Springs restaurants and shopping are eight minutes away by car, and Palm Springs International Airport is 12 minutes away by car. Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is 15 minutes away. The Coachella/Stagecoach Festival grounds are 23 miles away. Parking is limited to three vehicles.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, with proof of age required. Pets are not allowed. Outdoor music is prohibited. Indoor music must remain indoors and must not be audible from the property line. Reasonable daytime people noise is permitted between 10:00 and 22:00 at a considerate level.
