## About the house

The apartment accommodates six guests. An entrance leads to a spacious dining area connected to an equipped kitchen and a living room with a double sofa bed. The living area opens onto a gazebo with an outdoor dining table and the private sea-view swimming pool. Guests also have a private outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and access to a garden.

Two bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and access to a private balcony. Two full bathrooms have bidets and shower enclosures. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, microwave, oven and dishwasher. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and a hairdryer are available.

The swimming pool is open from 1 August to 11 November. Catania airport is approximately 50 minutes away by car.

The apartment occupies the lower floor of a two-level building, a few steps from the sea. Catania airport is approximately 50 minutes away by car.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange your arrival time with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Check-in runs from 15:00 or 16:00, depending on the destination, until 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. A tourist tax may be requested on arrival or a few days beforehand; the amount depends on local regulations, with booking-specific information available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
