House rules
The advertised base rate covers groups of up to 8 people. Up to 2 additional guests may be accommodated, for a maximum of 10 people, with an additional charge per guest per night. A 50% rental payment is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining rental balance and refundable security deposit are due 30 days before arrival; full payment is due when booking 30 days or fewer before check-in. Cancellation terms are: 60 or more days' notice for a full refund, 30–59 days for a 50% cancellation fee, and less than 30 days with no refund.
Getting there
The beach is a two-minute walk away. Colorados and Panga Drop surf breaks are a short walk away. Hacienda Iguana is a gated development with a mile-long private beach.
