A 50% rental payment is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining rental balance and refundable security deposit are due 30 days before arrival; full payment is due when booking 30 days or fewer before check-in. Cancellation terms are: 60 or more days' notice for a full refund, 30–59 days for a 50% cancellation fee, and less than 30 days with no refund.
