## About the house

The house occupies three floors, with a roof terrace on the second floor. Outside are a 5.30 × 3.30 m chlorine pool, six sun loungers, two sun umbrellas, an outdoor shower and a porch with barbecue facilities. Privacy is partial, and bushes screen the sides of the pool area.

The living-dining room has satellite TV and an open, equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, microwave and oven/stove. A laundry room on the terrace contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi are available.

The ground-floor bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom. Two first-floor bedrooms each have two single beds. Two additional bathrooms on the first floor have a shower and a bathtub respectively. One crib and one high chair can be provided.

The house is near Llac Gran, 4 km from the centre of Puerto de Alcúdia and 600 m from the sandy Port d'Alcúdia beach, where sun loungers and umbrellas can be rented. The centre has restaurants, shops, leisure activities and playgrounds. Alcúdia old town can be reached by bus or car and has a church, city walls and a market on Sundays and Tuesdays.

Golf d'Alcanada is 7.2 km away and Hospital General de Muro is 800 m away.

Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay. Consult the advertiser about possible additional charges.
