## About the house

The villa has multiple furnished living areas with high ceilings and direct access to the pool terrace. Covered terraces on both levels and a balcony overlook the pool and Dye Fore Golf Course. A private elevator connects the two floors.

The kitchen has wide counters, appliances, a dishwasher and kitchen basics. The indoor dining table seats 10. Outside, chaise loungers surround the private pool, and a cabana provides an outdoor dining area and bar. A BBQ is available. Housekeepers and a cook are included during the stay.

All six bedrooms have air conditioning, ensuite bathrooms and walk-in closets. The primary bedroom also has a lounge area and private deck; Guest Bedroom 2 has a private deck. A guest powder room is also available.

Amenities include Wi-Fi, a parking space, washer, dryer, hot water, essentials, shampoo, hair dryer, safe, satellite or cable TV and a speaker system.

Casa de Campo golf, tennis, equestrian, spa, fitness and beach facilities are available through guest registration. Registered guests receive resort ID cards for their stay, and registration fees are paid directly to the resort on arrival.

No smoking or pets. A seven-night minimum stay applies during Christmas and New Year. Pricing is based on double occupancy per bedroom. An additional 18% service fee and Casa de Campo resort fee apply. A security deposit equal to one night's stay applies. Resort registration costs $25 per adult per day and $12 per child aged 4–12 per day; children under 4 register free. Registration fees are paid directly to the resort on arrival.
