House rules
The entire property must be booked; individual rooms cannot be booked. Smoking is allowed outside in the garden or lawn but not inside the home. Alcohol consumption is permitted within limits; late-night revelry and loud music are not encouraged. The advertised base occupancy is 8 guests, with extra guests accommodated in the bedrooms; the maximum overnight capacity is 12 people. Shoots are subject to homeowner approval. Loud music for functions is permitted only during certain hours.
Getting there
The villa is in Karjat, 90 minutes from Mumbai and 10 minutes from ND Studio. Roads connecting to the property are described as good, but guests are advised to check road and weather conditions before traveling by road.
