The house has a rustic interior arranged over two floors. Outdoors, a terrace has sun loungers, and a porch provides space for outdoor meals with a built-in barbecue.
The ground floor contains a living room with Smart TV, a separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob. Its two bedrooms each have a double bed, fan and wardrobe, and there is a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, a second sitting area has a sofa and two armchairs, alongside a second kitchen with a table. The three upstairs bedrooms comprise one twin room and two double rooms; one double room has an en-suite shower bathroom. Another upstairs bathroom has a bathtub.
A cot and high chair are available on request. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided. Wi-Fi is free. The village offers mountain views and proximity to rural trails, with Inca and northern Mallorca beaches a short drive away.
