## About the house

The home accommodates up to eight guests, with an open-plan living and dining area, dining seating for eight, and large sliding doors opening to a lanai. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee-making equipment, kettle, toaster and rice cooker. Outdoor space provides room for dining and relaxing among tropical landscaping.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite with a shower and soaking tub, a dedicated office and private lanai access. Two guest bedrooms have queen beds and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. An enclosed den with barn doors contains a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Bedrooms have air conditioning, and ceiling fans are provided throughout. Smart TVs are available in the living room and primary bedroom.

Guests have access to a community pool, hot tub and grilling station. In-home laundry includes a washer and dryer. Beach equipment includes towels, chairs, umbrellas, an ice chest, snorkeling gear, boogie boards and surfboards. A pack-and-play, high chair, children’s books, toys and beach toys are provided. A starter supply of essentials is supplied on arrival.

Parks, scenic trails and Makai Golf Course are within walking distance. Hanalei Bay, Queen’s Bath, Princeville Center shops and dining, and North Shore beaches are a short drive away. A car is necessary, and complimentary parking is included. Seasonal gnats may be present during winter and are professionally managed.
