It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October and has a cold-water outdoor shower nearby.

Wi-Fi internet connection is available.

La Sciumara beach is 500 m away via a pedestrian walkway. The property is on the edge of Palau; shops and services are 1 km away. Access roads are paved up to the entrance gate. Parking is limited to two cars inside the property.

Parties and events, and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit, are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. The rate does not cover unauthorized events or extra guests. Services at the villa may be provided only by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers; unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted.
