House rules
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking and events are not allowed. Pets are allowed with a $50 fee. The minimum stay is 2 nights. Cancellations made 45 days or more before arrival receive a full refund of amounts paid, less processing fees; cancellations made less than 45 days before arrival are non-refundable. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.
